The BC PNP Tech was launched in 2017 as a pilot program to help British Columbia’s technology sector meet its high workforce demand. As a result of its popularity, the province chose to incorporate it permanently into BC PNP Skills Immigration. The following is a list of eligible BC PNP Tech occupations.

- Step 2: Register on BC PNP online portal and enter the BC PNP pool.
- Step 3: Receive ITA under the BC PNP Tech Category.
- Step 4: Apply for BC PNP Tech online.
- Step 5: Receive a nomination letter from the province.
- Step 6: Apply for Permanent Residency
